SpamBlock support

SpamBlock blocks spam calls and sorts scam texts into Junk on iPhone.

Turn it on

• Calls: Settings ▸ Apps ▸ Phone ▸ Call Blocking & Identification ▸ turn on SpamBlock.
• Texts: in the Messages app, tap the filter button ▸ Text Message Filter ▸ SpamBlock. (iOS 18 and earlier: Settings ▸ Apps ▸ Messages ▸ Unknown & Spam.)

Common questions

I saved a spam script but the call still rang.

iPhone doesn't let apps listen to calls or voicemails, so scripts only filter texts. Calls are blocked by number. Add the caller's number when you save a script and SpamBlock blocks it in the same step.

A blocked number still got through.

After you add numbers, iOS can take a moment to reload the list. Open SpamBlock once and check that Call Blocking is on for SpamBlock in Settings.

How do I cancel?

Settings ▸ your name ▸ Subscriptions ▸ SpamBlock.

How do I delete my account?

In the app: Account ▸ Delete account.
